What is electrostatic painting & why choose it?
Electrostatic painting is a type of painting with the use of powder, which is electromagnetized with the metal and, in combination with the appropriate temperature, is baked in a specially designed oven and offers us an excellent quality of color and texture, without undesired paint drips.
Therefore, since it offers very good results and no repainting and sanding is required, the cost compared to the use of liquid paint is significantly lower, and it also offers a color of better quality, compared to the one that liquid paints can offer us.
At the same time, this process, since it “wraps” and closes every possible pore on the surface, helps better to prevent rust, but also offers color and gloss stability.
Electrostatic painting is used with great success, particularly in recent years, and offers excellent results in:

In our facilities, we are equipped with an oven of dimensions of 3.8m x 8m that allows us to paint the largest and heaviest structures, with speed and high quality.
At the same time, we are equipped with a second oven, of dimensions of 2.5m x 4m, with the use of which we can serve our customers rapidly and economically, for small or medium-sized projects.
