Our company, TOXOTIS METALON, specializes in metal constructions, as well as metal shaping, carrying out projects in the wider area of Koropi, as well as throughout Europe.

Our facilities are equipped with CNC machines (systems that operate with the aid of computers) for the perfect shaping of the metals, to the dimensions and shape you desire.

At the same time, there are also the shears that help us cut the metal sheets with high precision (mm), as well as the other tools and systems for the optimal control of each project.

  • Galvanized sheet metal; Thickness from 0.2mm to 10mm
  • Steel; Thickness from 1mm to 8mm

We have 2 CNC press-brakes, with lengths of 5.2m and 3m respectively, offering thus the possibility of fast service, high quality in design, as well as the maximum degree of uniformity in our constructions.

The press-brake shapes the sheet metal creating a variety of designs and shapes, in many sizes, such as gutters, cabinets, covering shelters, etc.

Systems & Equipment

CNC Bender

The bender has the ability to bend arched pipes or hollow beams made of iron, aluminum or INOX, with absolute precision.

CNC Cylinder

Capacity of bending sheet metal with a length of 0.85cm. It is used to create many designs, such as truncated cones, chimneys, tanks, etc.

Punching machine

The punching machine is a machine that can punch holes in sheet metal or metal corners, very easily and rapidly, at a low cost and with high precision.

Chamfering Planer

It is used for the precision cutting of panels or other special constructions.

Lathe
